Shipping Information
1. Shipping Rates and Options:
- Domestic Shipping: We offer various shipping options including Standard, Expressed, and Priority. Rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your purchase.
- Standard Shipping: Typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, usually arrives within 3-5 business days.
- Priority Shipping: 1-3 business days for those who need their items urgently.
- International Shipping:
- Available for select countries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination, size, weight, and customs fees.
- Delivery times can range from 7-21 business days depending on customs clearance and local postal service efficiency.
2. Free Shipping:
- Enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. This does not apply to international orders.
3. Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 1 - 2 weeks from the time of purchase. This is a result of your product being made to order, and material availability for your order. In many case the most popular product choices will ship in in 1 -2 business days. Please note, processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
4. Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can track your order's journey via the courier's website or through your Shopify account.
5. Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for items that are shipped via courier services that do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
- Some products might have shipping restrictions due to their nature or size. These will be noted on the product page.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim.
- In case of damage, please retain the original packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
- For international orders, customs, duties, and taxes might apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
8. Returns and Exchanges:
- Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information on how to return or exchange items.
9. Changes to Shipping Information:
- If you need to change or cancel your shipping information after an order has been placed, contact us immediately. Changes can only be made before the order is processed for shipping.
10. Delivery Delays:
- While we strive to meet all shipping deadlines, unforeseen events like severe weather, strikes, or carrier delays might affect delivery times. We will notify customers if there are significant delays.
